Generate one or more pre-signed exit messages for a specified list of public keys. You are not guaranteed one result per public key provided.

Errors generating exit messages (usually caused by validator not being active or not being known to the system) will be handled silently and a result for this public key will not be included in the response.

Your code should not assume one result per public key or consistent ordering of results.
