Craft Cardano Register and Delegate Transaction

Craft a transaction for registering and delegating stake to a Cardano stake pool in a single transaction and add it to your account

The stake account will be automatically added to your account for tracking.

This will deposit 2 ADA from the utxoAddress into the Stake Address, which is required by the protocol.

This transaction must be signed by the owner of the UTXO's being spent into this transaction (utxoAddress) as well as your Stake Key
